Britney Spears is hardly a paragon of motherhood: she received an injunction in February for driving with her infant son on her lap, and now she's been spotted with an improperly installed child seat in her car. She seems to be incorrigible with respect to automotive child safety!
paragon - (noun) a model of excellence or perfection

incorrigible - (adjective) incapable of being corrected or reformed
