Keira Knightley says that she can be an "awful" girlfriend who is "an emotional wreck" when she is in a belligerent mood. She does not understand how anyone could abide her behavior, as she becomes lachrymose when she gets angry. She qualifies her characterization of herself by explaining that she is unflappable in serious situations and it is only the bagatelles that cause her to unravel.
